Abbey Road Released: Beatles' Final Masterpiece

But Abbey Road has the medley on Side B: 16 minutes of song fragments stitched together into something that sounds like a finale because it was one. The last note George, Paul, John, and Ringo ever recorded together was 'The End.' They knew it. And then they went home separately and never made another record as four.
